Mr. Sikandar Mustafa Khan qualified as a Mechanical Engineer from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi in 1967. He has a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of New-Castle Upon Tyne, U.K.(1969) and Masters’ Degree & Diploma in Production Engineering (DIC) from Imperial College of Science and Technology, London University (1970), He also attended several management courses locally and abroad, including International Advanced Management Program (1983) at International Management Institute, Geneva, Switzerland and Leadership Development Program at Center for Creative Leadership (Colorada Springs), U.S.A. In addition he participated in the Financial Management Course (1989) at Pakistan Staff College, Lahore, The Management Control Course (1990) and the Strategy for Business in Developing Countries Program(1993) at LUMS. Mr. Khan is serving on the Board of several Companies of both Public and Private Sector Companies including the Board of Habib Bank Limited, the largest private sector Bank of Pakistan. He has varied experience in the Automotive and Engineering Industry and has been associated with it since 1972. He was the Vice President of Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) from October 1997 to September 1998. Mr. Khan was appointed as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Millat Tractors Limited (MTL) in October 1985 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 1991. In pursuance of the Government's Privatization Policy, he successfully led his team for the Employee Buy-out of MTL. He is also the Chairman of Millat Group Companies including two associated companies; Bolan Castings Limited & Millat Equipment Limited and Millat Industrial Products Limited as a subsidiary of Millat Tractors Limited.
Laeeq Uddin Ansari is a Mechanical Engineer from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore with over 40 years of experience in the automobile sector in Pakistan. He attended number of local & foreign training programs, seminars and conferences. He Joined Millat Tractors Limited in 1983 and has since been associated with the Company in various capacities. He headed production, quality control, technical, finance and marketing departments of the Company; He also remained CEO of the Company till early 2012.
Mr. Muhammad Mustafa Khan completed his Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto in 2021. His certifications prove his competency in Narrative Therapy and Psycho-analysis. His certifications also include inter-professional health care in hospitals, child adoption and child welfare. He attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2016 from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and, upon graduating took a research position at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. During his Masters education, Khan worked as a key worker at Workman Arts, a community based service at the Center of Addictions and Mental Health. In addition to this, Khan also worked with the adoption services at the Children Resource and Consultation Center in Toronto under the executive director, Mr. Michael Blugerman. Khan believes that Millat Tractor’s success comes from the mutual respect and trust it’s industry members have for one another. This includes the management, employees and the vending associates. In his role as a director he wishes to honor and uphold the qualities that sustain a decision making environment that promote respect and cohesion. Khan believes that trust between the board members and the chief executive is paramount for promoting efficiency in a company. He believes that it is important that all decisions balance the interests of the shareholders while protecting the rights of the stakeholders such as the Pakistani farmer and agriculture community.
Mr. Qaiser Saleem is a qualified Civil Engineer from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. He also holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance and Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation Laws from Punjab University. He is having a diversified Professional experience in the field of the Construction industry, Project Management, Banking and Foreign trade. He attended the number of training programs, workshops, and conferences.
With over 11 years of diversified experience in banking, construction and hospitality industry, Mr. Shehryar Ansari brings in a unique form of input to the company. With the educational background in Accounting and Finance from University of London, Mr. Shehryar Ansari has worked for leading banks in Pakistan, and recently broke into a hospitality industry by creating his own brand of restaurants. He has a diverse experience in project management, human resource and financial investments.
Mr. Mustafa M. Sohail completed his schooling from Aitchison College Lahore, Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester and his Masters in Industrial Management from Imperial College London. He then joined Atlas Honda Limited as a Production Engineer. Following his stint at Atlas Honda Limited, Mustafa set off to experience firsthand, the workings and challenges faced by the SMEs in Pakistan, with a strong focus on automotive vendor industry before starting up his own companies. Currently he is the Director of Arrowhead (Pvt) Limited and the Chief Executive of Arrowhead Engineering. Set up as a Greenfield Project in 2017, Arrowhead Engineering has seen tremendous growth under his leadership and is currently one of the largest automotive fastener manufacturing units in Pakistan with Atlas Honda Limited being its main client.
Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Qualified as a Mechanical Engineer from UET University of Engineering & Technology Lahore in 1994. He has a Master degree in engineering management from UET University of engineering and Technology Lahore (2012). He has also attended several management courses locally and abroad, including supply Chain Management at LUMS (2018), Leadership Grid seminar at management house Lahore (2016), Level 5 leadership at LUMS (2010), Recognizing Pakistan industry to meet Challenges of competitiveness & Free Trade (2012), WTO & environment Management Supply in Pakistan at LCCI (2005). He has also attended workshops on tractors & engine at AGCO & PERKINS UK (1999), & AGCO Abudabi (2011). He has also participated in research & development program of engines at Ricardo UK (2006,2010). He has served 28 years in Millat Tractors Limited, the largest Tractors Manufacture in Pakistan under the umbrella of Millat group of Companies. He has varied Experience of leading the engineering, Supply Chain, QA & Production Departments and has been instrumental in designing development & Introduction of various Tractors models. He has been actively involved in designing erection & Commissioning of engine emission Testing Lab which is unique of this kind in Pakistan. He is pioneer in indigenous development, manufacturing & assembly of emission Complaint 3,4-cylinder Diesel engine (Tier 1 & 2), and has also set up a PKD assembly plant of tractors in Angola.
Mr. Zeeshan Yousaf is an Associate Member of multiple local and foreign Professional bodies having diversified professional qualifications in accountancy, finance, Audit, Forensic, and secretarial Practices. Also holding Bachelor degree in Commerce and Master degree in Business Administration (Finance). Equipped with up to-date knowledge and wide experience in IASs/IFRSs and Auditing Standards. Experienced in handling all taxation (sales tax & income tax) matters. Exposure to implement ERP system and working in an ERP environment. Proficient in Risk Assessment, developing, reviewing and implementing a sound internal control system throughout the organization. He attended number of professional training programs, workshops, and conferences.
